Shipping policy

Shipping is free on orders over $149 CAD shipped within Canada or to the United States.

Orders typically take 2–7 business days to process. Estimated shipping times are generally 2–15 business days within Canada and the United States, although delivery times may vary. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact me.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available for in-stock items at 155 Dalhousie St., Toronto, ON, M5B 2P7. Please contact me to arrange pickup if this option is not offered at checkout.

United States Orders

The United States no longer provides duty-free treatment for low-value international shipments. Applicable U.S. tariffs and duties are calculated based on the product, its country of origin, and its declared value.

Where applicable, tariffs and duties will be collected at checkout or otherwise prepaid before your order is shipped. These charges are separate from shipping fees. Orders cannot be shipped to the United States until all required tariffs and duties have been paid.

International Orders

International shipping rates generally range from $9–$60 CAD, with estimated delivery times of 7–30 business days.

International customers are responsible for any import taxes, VAT, customs duties, and carrier or customs-handling fees charged by the destination country unless otherwise stated. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless they are specifically shown and collected at checkout.
