A handmade, original, limited edition linocut print entitled, "WELCOME." features a delicate floral backdrop in 3 colour options with the text “You Are Always Welcome Here” in black. The linocut is hand printed using water-based SpeedBall Block-Printing Ink (Turquoise & Pink) and Cranfield Traditional Relief Ink (Gold) on beautiful Strathmore 150gsm printmaking paper.
Each print is one of a limited edition, each of which is numbered, signed and dated in pencil by me. Each print comes with a corresponding signed certificate of authenticity. Since each print in the run bears a different number in the edition, the number on your print (e.g 5/35) may not be the same as the one shown in the photographs.
Every step in the process of making the linocut, from designing and drawing, to carving and printing, is done entirely by hand by me. This means that every print in the edition is absolutely unique and may vary ever so slightly from the illustration. These differences and imperfections are not flaws, but rather an inevitable outcome of the handmade process.
Shipping: Your unframed print will be securely packaged in an acid-free, board-backed cellophane sleeve and dispatched within 3-5 business days. Prints are sent in a rigid mailer with tracked shipping via Sendle (Domestic & USA) or Canada Post (International).
